Policy on the Use of Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Rights

Ioana Bărbulescu makes limited use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools for legal analysis and drafting, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act).
No work delivered to clients is generated entirely by AI, and personal data are not entered into external applications without the client’s consent.
