The Law Practice Ioana Bărbulescu, operating under the professional name IB Legal Family®, is a Romanian law practice founded in Bucharest and authorized by the Bucharest Bar Association under Decision No. 552/2008.
The Law Practice is registered with the National Union of Bar Associations of Romania (UNBR) and is a member of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) — an organization representing over one million European lawyers and coordinating ethical and professional standards across the European Union.

IB Legal Family® operates in full compliance with Law No. 51/1995 on the organization and practice of the legal profession and the Statute of the Legal Profession, upholding the highest standards of independence, confidentiality, and integrity.
The Law Practice provides legal services exclusively within the professional framework established by the UNBR and the CCBE Code of Conduct, in full respect of the principles of legality, loyalty, and professional secrecy.
